This was the second house Lee Ann helped us sell but this time it involved an international move. Lee Ann did not miss a beat and was with us every step of the way starting from day one. It took almost a year to prepare for the move but her patience throughout the process was incredible. She kept us up-to-date about comps in the neighborhood, sent us listings for other homes nearby, counseled us when it came to the correct pricing and always listened to our concerns. Once we were ready to put the house on the market Lee Ann jumped into action. The house sold quickly and everybody involved, including the buyer, were happy.
